Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, bookings and services between Bellamano by Nathalia, Porschestr. 30, 30827 Garbsen, Germany, and its customers in connection with skin treatments, lashes, make-up and other studio services.

2. Services

On offer are:

• Skin treatments (e.g. microneedling, BB Glow, Aquafacial)

• Lash services (lash lift, lash extensions)

• Make-up (day, evening and bridal make-up)

The exact scope of services follows from the respective description on the website or in the individual quote.

3. Conclusion of contract & booking

3.1 Appointments are booked bindingly by email, contact form, WhatsApp or via the booking system.

3.2 The booking becomes valid upon confirmation (written or digital).

4. Prices & payment

4.1 All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.

4.2 Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Payments via external payment providers are subject to their terms; additional transaction or payment fees are non-refundable.

5. Withdrawal, cancellation & refunds

5.1 Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.

5.2 For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment or for no-shows, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the price is charged.

5.3 In exceptional cases (e.g. illness, family emergency) a one-time, free rebooking may be offered; proof (e.g. a medical certificate) may be required.

5.4 Refunds are made solely in accordance with these provisions.

6. Warranty & liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Final provisions

7.1 German law applies.

7.2 Place of performance is Garbsen. Place of jurisdiction is Garbsen, as far as legally permissible.

These terms should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch and extended with voucher and withdrawal clauses.
