Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, bookings and services between Bellamano by Nathalia, Porschestraße 30, 30827 Garbsen, Germany, and its customers in connection with skin treatments, lashes, make-up and other studio services.
2. Services
On offer are:
• Skin treatments (e.g. microneedling, BB Glow, Aquafacial)
• Lash services (lash lift, lash extensions)
• Make-up (day, evening and bridal make-up)
The exact scope of services follows from the respective description on the website or in the individual quote.
3. Conclusion of contract & booking
3.1 Appointments are booked bindingly by email, contact form, WhatsApp or via the booking system.
3.2 The booking becomes valid upon confirmation (written or digital).
4. Prices & payment
4.1 All prices are in euros and are final prices. No further costs apply.
4.2 Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Payments via external payment providers are subject to their terms; additional transaction or payment fees are non-refundable.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation & refunds
5.1 Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.
5.2 For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment or for no-shows, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the price is charged. The customer reserves the right to prove that no damage or substantially less damage was incurred.
5.3 In exceptional cases (e.g. illness, family emergency) a one-time, free rebooking may be offered; proof (e.g. a medical certificate) may be required.
5.4 Refunds are made solely in accordance with these provisions.
6. Warranty & liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
7. Vouchers & right of withdrawal
7.1 Vouchers can be purchased in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the contact form. They are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were issued and are transferable to other persons.
7.2 Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash. Any remaining balance does not expire and can be redeemed at a further appointment.
7.3 If a voucher is purchased at a distance, i.e. without simultaneous physical presence (e.g. by email, phone, WhatsApp or via the contact form), consumers have the following right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bellamano by Nathalia, owner Nathalia Bendryn, Porschestraße 30, 30827 Garbsen, Germany, phone +49 176 72805925, email info@bell-a-mano.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
7.4 In the case of a service, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and confirmed your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

8. Final provisions
8.1 German law applies.
8.2 Place of performance is Garbsen. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
